Welcome to Engineered Panel Designs (EPD)

Engineered Panel Designs (EPD) is a dealer of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). EPD provides SIP packages for residential, commercial and light industrial construction. In addition, EPD can provide and coordinate a range of services which include: General Contracting, Architectural and Design Services, Planning, Custom Home Packages, Room Addition Packages and SIP Shell Packages (which can include TJIs, Windows & Doors, Roof Systems and Insulated Foundation Systems).

EPD, headquartered in northeast Ohio, has been providing SIPs for residential, commercial and light industrial construction since 1998. The principals have over 70 years of experience in the building industry. Since its inception, EPD has provided SIPs for over 100 residential and commercial projects throughout Ohio and its surrounding areas.
